Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.199 of 2017, registered under Sections 366, 363 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant's wife had relationship with the petitioner prior to marriage and in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she admits that she herself went to the petitioner and had married him prior to arranged marriage done by her parents. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
