The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P. S. Case No. 277 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 302, 435 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that on completion of investigation, the police submitted charge sheet inter alia under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and the autopsy conducted on the body of the deceased would indicate that no ante mortem injury was found, the petitioner, who is reported to be a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 09.12.2015, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the
