Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught by the informant and others just after the alleged occurrence, and the stolen articles were recovered from his conscious possession, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 466 of 2015 pending in the court of Sri Madhbendra Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Patna stands rejected.
