For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Jitendra Narain Sinha For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. M. Dayal (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 Heard Mr. Sinha for the petitioner as well as Mr. M. Dayal, APP for the State.

Having been made accused of Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 836 of 2014, the petitioner had earlier filed application for grant of anticipatory bail along with his wife which was considered and vide order dated 19.1.2016 (Annexure-1), his prayer for bail was rejected. Again, the present petition for bail stating that a kind of compromise has been reached between the parties.

Mr. Dayal has rightly opposed the application stating that it may amount to tampering with the evidence. I find no merit in the application. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
