In the present case, petitioner is seeking a relief for reappointment of PDS licence holder. Earlier petitioner was holding PDS licence vide Licence NO.46 of 1985. He has offered his resignation to the Licensing Authority stating therein that he was mentally and physically disturbed on account of old age which has already been accepted by the authority concerned and passed an order dated 15.4.2015 which was challenged before the appellate authority who did not find any error in the action of the Sub Divisional Officer. This Court also does not find any error in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9314 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2017 impugned order. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to file a fresh application before the authority concerned who will take decision in accordance with law.
