Peculiar kind of prosecutions are being taken up at the end of the State without considering whether the allegation so levelled would attract criminal prosecution or not. So far, allegation part is concerned, as is evident, on account of non deposit of relevant file relating to appointment of the teachers, this case has been registered at the end of Block Education Officer, Paraiya, Gaya and it has been registered under Section 409/34 of the IPC.

Considering the nature of allegation, petitioner, CHANDRA KANT TIWARI, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59824 of 2019(3) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gaya in connection with Paraiya PS Case No. 14 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
