The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Salkhua (Chiraiya) P.S. Case No.73 of 2014, registered for the offence under Sections 364, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that while the informant and her husband were cutting grass in the field the petitioner and one Sushil Sada came and called her husband and went back with her husband, but her husband did not come. Having regard to the fact that except last seen together there is nothing on record against the present petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54244 of 2015 (3) dt.12-02-2016 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Salkhua (Chiraiya) P.S. Case No.73 of 2014.
