2. The present modification application has been filed

Patna High Court MJC No.3096 of 2025(3) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 for modifying the order dated 16.07.2024 passed in CWJC No.3896 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in terms of the order dated 16.07.2024 passed in CWJC No.3896 of 2021 petitioners have not filed the applications as required vide order dated 16.07.2024 within time before the authority concerned.

4. For the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the modification application is allowed.

5. The petitioners are directed to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.11 in terms of order dated 16.07.2024 passed in CWJC No.3896 of 2021 within a period of two weeks.
