This is an application for quashing of the order dated 26.06.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Madhubani vide S.T. No. 336 of 2022 arising out of Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019.
The petitioners want quashing of the impugned order
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70702 of 2023(2) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 only on the ground that the nature of injury is simple. The Court below has found prima-facie case against the petitioners based on the prosecution materials. Considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Ram Prakash Chadha V/s State of U.P.; 2024 SCC OnLine SC 1709, this application is dismissed.
