2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 201 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 325, 341, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 27.05.2024, at around 08:00 AM, co-accused Upendra Yadav and Jamindra Yadav assaulted Batis Yadav, (informant's husband) with weapons, due to which he suffered head injuries. When informant's mother tried to intervene, she was also assaulted by Asha Devi (petitioner no.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68987 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 3), causing her head injury and loss of consciousness. Further, Kiran Devi (petitioner no. 2) and other accused persons also abused and assaulted Sonu Yadav, causing him head injury.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners nos. 2 and 3 are the lady of clean antecedent. There is case and counter case. The injuries are simple in nature.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 201 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
