29-04-2015 Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Gautam, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 27 as well as Sri Uday Kumar, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Accountant General, Bihar.

The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of disobedience to an order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 5488 of 2007.

In this case, number of show causes have been filed.

Patna High Court MJC No.4443 of 2012 (8) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 In the show cause filed on 28th April, 2015 on behalf of opposite party no. 4, 5, 6 and 7, it has been indicated that in compliance with the order of the writ court, interest amount to the tune of Rs. 1,75,124/- (one lac seventy five thousand one hundred & twenty four) has already been credited to the account of the petitioner. Learned State counsel, by way of referring to averments made in the show cause filed on 28th April, 2015, submits that order of the writ court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit.

The Court is satisfied that order has already been complied with.

The petition stands disposed of.
