2. Order dated 24.08.2017 reads as under:- "We find that the grievance of the petitioner has to be addressed with regard to complaint in question under the Grievance Redressal System formulated by the State Government, as evident from Annexure- 3 and 4.

As the matter is pending before the competent authority, we direct the petitioner to file certified copy of this order and the competent authority of respondent no. 4 shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders or take such steps under the law.

With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands disposed of."

3. Whereas, the Opposite Party No. 4 - Principal Secretary, Vigilance Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has complied and he has produced order dated 10.07.2023 by which certain steps have been taken. Therefore, the present MJC-contempt petition stands dropped.
