2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Spl. NDPS Case No. 10 of 2022 arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022, lodged on 16.04.2022, under Sections 20, 21(B), 22 & 23 of the NDPS Act.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected twice vide orders dated 23.12.2022 & 15.09.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. Case Nos. 43306 of 2022 & 39533 of 2023. Counsel further submits that till date, the trial has not been concluded.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the Superintendent of Police has filed a show-cause in this matter in which it has been mentioned that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67704 of 2024(4) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 the case is fixed for the statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C.

5. As such, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need of any interference in this matter. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

6. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within three months from today.
