Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the grievance of the petitioner as to non-payment of salary, the writ petition was filed by the petitioner which is pending before the Chairman, Madarsa Board as stated in para-12 but no representation has been enclosed by the petitioner in this writ application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he proposes to file exhaustive representation before the Madarsa Board within a period of one month from today.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16834 of 2017(2) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Chairman, Madarsa Board alongwith a copy of this order, the Chairaman, Madarsa Board is required to examine the claim of the petitioner as indicated in the representation and pass appropriate order within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation.

In case, the respondent Chairman finds substance on the claim of the petitioner he shall pass appropriate order and ensure payment of salary within a further period of one month from the date of such decision.
