2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 617 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

3. Recovery is of one country made pistol with a cartridge from the possession of co-accused, Munna Kumar Trivedi.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not arrested at the spot and nothing was recovered from his possession. A loaded pistol and cartridge were recovered from the possession of co-accused, Munna

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67416 of 2024(2) dt.16-12-2024 2/2 Kumar and the apprehended person disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 617 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Guddu/- U T
