2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):

(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order of suspension of the petitioner issued vide Memo No. 868 dated 20.03.2025 issued by under the signature of the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai, whereby and where under in the order of suspension;

ii) And also for quashing the Memo of Charge dated 22.04.2025 issued vide Lakhisarai Ziladesh No.319/2025 under the signature of the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai;

(iii) For quashing the departmental proceeding against the petitioner which has been issued vide Memo No.1238 dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.15221 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 22.04.2025 under the signature of the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai, under which presenting officer and enquiry officer has appointed.

The petitioner has been suspended on 20.03.2025 vide Memo No. 868 issued by under the signature of Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai and a departmental proceeding was initiated against the petitioner vide Memo No. 1238 dated 22.04.2025 under the signature of the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai. The charges against the petitioner are serious. He is alleged to have assaulted his wife and is said to have thrown away his family i.e., his wife and children due to non-fullfilment of demand of dowry of Rs. 1 Lakh.

4. In these circumstances, this Court doesn't find any illegality in the impugned order of suspension of the petitioner and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
