JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 13.9.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,323,307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. It is specifically alleged that the petitioner used to give electric shock to the informant and made attempt to kill her at her parents' house.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injuries have been found to be simple superficial in nature. The injury report does not suggest that there is any injury caused by electric shock. It is further submitted that the investigation has already concluded.

"That the petitioner is still ready to keep the informant/O.P. no.2 with full honour and dignity." Considering the fact that the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 215 of 2015.
