04.02.2015 This application has come up under the heading "To be Mentioned" at the behest of the Petitioner. Due to inadvertence in the order dated 22.01.2015 the location of the Court has been mentioned as "Begusarai" in place of "Gopalganj".

The order is modified to the extent that the location of the Court be read as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in place of "Begusarai".

Four weeks' time is further allowed for surrender of the Petitioner.
