2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Cyber P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, one accused person namely Vinod Kumar was caught along with Rs. 3,00,000/- who was involved in Hawala transaction and the police has stated that the petitioner was also involved in the same.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been named in this case merely

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67082 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 on the basis of the confessional statement of one Vinod Kumar, who was involved in Hawala transaction.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 12.08.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the fact that the petitioner's name has come in the confessional statement of the other co-accused and and also considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Cyber P.S.
