The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 362 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and some other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that Suresh Ram and Dasrath Ram made an attempt to outrage modesty of Gyanti Kumari and thereafter on the order of Bunilal Ram the petitioner other accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members. Submission is that the petitioner is order giver and he is in jail since 28.11.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2474 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 362 of 2014.
