Mustaque Alam, learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Prabhat Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant / opposite party no. 2, makes a prayer for withdrawal of the present petition so that petitioners may take the plea which has been taken in the present petition before the court below at appropriate stage. The prayer is allowed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28168 of 2013 (4) dt.27-09-2016 2/2 The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicted above. In view of dismissal of this petition the interim order of stay dated 13.1.2014 which was made absolute on 22.4.2016 stands automatically vacated.
