The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the due amount of Rs. 54,751/- to the petitioner for the rent, maintenance charge, electric bill and damage charge with interest @ 24% per annum of the Flat No. 403 of Amitabkunj Apartment, Budha Colony, Patna till the actual payment to the petitioner.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the nature of the grievance of the petitioner discloses no more than a mere money claim with regard to claim for rent etc., from the respondent Power

Patna High Court CWJC No.18163 of 2012 dt.27-09-2016 2/2 Grid Corporation of India Limited. Moreover, it would appear from Annexure-A to the counter affidavit that the claim of the petitioner involves disputed questions of fact, amount of rent as well as damage charges.

4. In the above circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enter into the merits of the claim of the petitioner. The writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievances before the appropriate forum, as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
