Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners of this case is identical to the case of the petitioners of CWJC No. 13305 of 2017 which was disposed of by order dated 17.11.2017 in terms of the orders passed in CWJC No. 417 of 2015. He submits that this writ petition may

The relevant part of the order dated 17.11.2017 reads as under:

"Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 6 to consider the case of these petitioners in the light of decision in CWJC No. 417 of 2015, if the case of the petitioner is found similar on fact to the petitioners of CWJC No. 417 of 2015, the benefit arising out of such decision must reach the petitioners within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of this order."

Considering the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of in similar terms of the order dated 17.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 13305 of 2017. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U
