The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 registered under Section 27(b)(ii) of the Arms Act.
The accusation is of running the medical shop by the petitioner without obtaining licence from the competent authority.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact the petitioner has licence to run the medical shop issued on 29.10.2005, which was renewed on 29.10.2015 till 28.10.2020, but, with ulterior motive, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62448 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
