The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 45 of 2013 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2012 registered under Sections 341, 447, 504, 307, 337, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 03.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23404 of 2013 by this Court and he is in custody since 11.09.2012. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5171 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
