BAJANTHRI) 05-01-2024 Repeatedly this Court has come across that Union of India's writ petition is being filed without adhering to the Chapter III-A, Rule 4A of Patna High Court Rules. Rule 4A reads as under:- "(i) Pleadings and proceedings in relation to writ petitions arising out of matters before the Central Administrative Tribunal, should be accompanied

Patna High Court CWJC No.15583 of 2023(4) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 by all the applications, rejoinders, replies and pleadings as filed before the Central Administrative Tribunal as a separate paper book.

(ii) The said paper book shall be indexed, with the pleadings in seriatim along with respective annexures.

(iii) The index page shall contain a certificate by the A.O.R., filing the writ petition, that the pleadings contained in the paper book are complete and are true copies of the pleadings as filed before the Tribunal."

2. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition. If the petitioners intend to have the benefit of return of certain documents in that event petitioners counsel is permitted to approach the registry and make necessary application for return of such of those documents from the present file and the registry is hereby directed to return such documents demanded by the petitioners counsel.
