The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2017 in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No.131 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents and is a petty vendor in the running train and that she runs her family by selling small items of hosiery, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway),
