This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 143 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act. 3.

Allegation against the accused persons is of abducting the victim girl.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the petitioner is running a brothel and she had kept the girl in her brothel.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail.
