JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after 18 years of marriage.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is separate from the husband of the victim and only on suspicion the entire inlaws' family has been roped in the present case. It is further submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence and other son of the petitioner Mahesh Singh has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 16728 of 2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14615 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
