Goroul, DistrictVaishali' in place of 'Village-Pakarikanth, P.S.-Lalganj, DistrictVaishali'. The submissions made by learned Counsel for the petitioner stands confirmed from the memo of parties. Accordingly, we modify our order dated 10.12.2018 in so far as the description of the house in question is mentioned at para-1, page 2 of the order which would now read as 'Village-

Patna High Court CWJC No.12297 of 2018(4) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 Pakarikanth, P.S.-Lalganj, District-Vaishali' in place of 'VillageRampur Horil, P.S. Goroul, District-Vaishali' and shall be deemed to be pronounced as such.

The order stands modified to that extent.
