JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 619 of 2014 registered for offence under section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, the daughter of informant has been taken away by one Uday Ram with the assistance provided by other persons.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a villager. In the statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. she has stated that she herself has gone with Uday Ram and married with him.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26880 of 2016 (2) dt.04-07-2016 2/2 It appears that this Court has already granted anticipatory bail to Rashila Devi and Ajay Ram in Cr. Misc. No. 8368 of 2016.

Looking to facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 619 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
