The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 21895 of 2011, which stood dismissed on 18-05-2016, due to non-prosecution.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact disclosed in the petition, particularly statement made in paragraph - 5 of the petition, same is allowed.
