2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have caused fire arm injury on the chest of the informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of 11 days and there is no plausible explanation for the same. As a matter of fact, due to land dispute between the parties, a scuffle took place in which both sides sustained injuries.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific and direct accusation of causing fire arm injury against this petitioner. Petitioner has also got one criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specific and direct nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
