JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report on the ground that some persons had seen the petitioner carrying a bag in the night of alleged occurrence and after that petitioner was arrested and his confessional statement was recorded leading to recovery of stolen articles from an orchard but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner and as a matter of fact, petitioner has been implicated in this case.
