Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission is that no liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner rather name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sikraul Police Station Case No.70 of 2019, subject to the
