The petitioners seek bail in connection with Case No. C2/537/2017 dated 25.09.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 90 litres of Nepali liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 26.09.2017 and they have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Sitamarhi in connection
