The issue arising out of an interpretation of Section 32 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 had been decided by the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court in the case of Bablu @ Rajesh Kumar & Ors. v. The State of Bihar & Anr. reported in 2021 (3) PLJR 220. In the light of the said judgment the plea taken on behalf of the petitioner for purpose of quashing of the First Information Report would not succeed.
This writ application is dismissed.
