1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State Mr. Ravindra Kumar and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The learned APP Mr. Ravindra Kumar at the outset submits that from perusal of para-37 of the case diary, it would manifest that the petitioner has already been given notice under section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C., as such, for the present, there is no apprehension of arrest against the petitioner. It is also submitted that even otherwise the F.I.R. has been instituted for offences which carries punishment of less than 7 years.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is not in a position to rebut the submission made by the learned APP.

4. The Court is not inclined to entertain the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68683 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 anticipatory bail application of the petitioner, as benefit of Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C. has already been given to the petitioner.
