1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1, Lalbabu Sahni @ Lalbabu Kumar was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 30.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.49978 of 2024 along with Ramekbal Sahni.

3. The leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently, in Cr. Misc. No.49978 of 2024, the name of the father of Lalbabu Sahni @ Lalbabu Kumar was recorded as Ramdev Sahni, when he is son of Naresh Sahni. Thus, the learned counsel submits that the description of Lalbabu Sahni @ Lalbabu Kumar be modified and the name of his father be read

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68267 of 2024(2) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 as Naresh Sahni instead of Ramdev Sahni.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the order dated 30.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.49978 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above i.e. the name of the father of Lalbabu Sahni @ Lalbabu Kumar shall be read as Naresh Sahni instead of Ramdev Sahni.

5. The modification application is allowed.
