JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 02-07-2015 In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the State that the matters of remission in the case of life imprisonment are not being considered by the State Government on account of an interim order passed on 9.7.2014 by the Supreme Court, Mr. Binod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised or to take recourse to any other remedy in accordance with law.
The writ application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
