The petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, he has been made accused in this case on the basis that one call was made on the mobile of the petitioner from looted mobile.

The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 345 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Kumar Srivastava, J.M. Ist Class, Muzaffarpur.
