The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that on 20.05.2019 at 6 p.m. the informant has parked his motorcycle in his house, but could not find it in next morning.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come in course of investigation. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. case No.226 of 2019 (G.R. No.2532 of 2019).
