2. The petitioner apprehends his/her arrest in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 143 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 186, 189, 224, 225, 353, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner was earlier arrested in Keoti PS. Case no. 125 of 2023 but other co-accused persons made him free from the police custody after using force upon the police party. The police party on getting secret information reached at the place where the petitioner was hiding and caught hold of him but with the help of accused persons, he became successful in fleeing away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. While filing the medical papers of petitioner he further submitted that he is a patient of Cancer and it is not possible for him to escape from the custody of the police. 5.Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 143 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
