2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 227 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 317(5), 318(4), 111(3), 336(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The petitioner was found along with one stolen vehicle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has no knowledge about the stolen vehicle. The petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad/ concerned Court below in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 227 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Ghosi Police Station, District- Jehanabad on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
8. If the petitioner is found to be involved in similar offence, in future, then his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the Court below.
