Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha, learned G.A. 1 while filing a supplementary show cause on behalf of the Assistant Inspector General of Registration informs that the order passed by this Court on the writ petition has been complied and the petitioners have
Patna High Court MJC No.655 of 2018 (5) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 been granted third Assured Career Progression under the relevant rules. He makes reference to the office order dated 10.09.2018 at Annexure-A to the supplementary show cause filed today. Mr. Shashi Bhushan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners while accepting that the progression has been granted to the petitioners disputes the date from which the respective progression has been granted. According to him, the date of initial appointment has not been considered for the progression and which denies the petitioners benefit of further progressions. May be the petitioners have their reasons to raise objection on the date of grant of progression by the order so passed but then they would have to represent the concerned authorities bringing to his notice the infirmities in the order and it goes without saying that any such representation so filed, shall be considered by the authority concerned for its disposal in accordance with law within 6 weeks of its filing.
