Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 353 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

15 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got an identical criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, if the trial of the case is not concluded within a period of six months from the date of framing of the charges against the petitioner, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
