2. The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2016 in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 306 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 384, 386, 387, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the accusation of firing by the petitioner causing injury on foot and forehead of the informant is belied from the injury report which discloses that the injury on the head was caused by hard and blunt substance.

4. Considering however that the informant has sustained gun shot injury on his foot and having regard to the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
