Mandal, SC 3 Mrs. Neelam Kumari, AC to SC 3 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Keeping in view the supplementary show cause filed on 03.07.2018 along with the affidavit of Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, and the averments made in para 4 it is seen that arrears from the date of appointment till superannuation, difference of salary for grant of selection grade, encashment of earned leave, final payment of GPF, Group Insurance, payment against pension and gratuity have been made and vide Annexure-A date 30.50.2018, the District Programme Officer, Kaimur has intimated the competent authority with regard to making payment of the aforesaid benefits to the petitioner. The aforesaid communication is dated 30.05.2018 and indicates compliance of the order passed. Taking note of the reasons indicated in the show cause
Patna High Court MJC No.4454 of 2012(27) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 for the delay and finding the respondents to have complied with the order, now the proceedings are dropped and matter disposed of. In case, the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the issue connected with the dispute in question, he shall have liberty to challenge it afresh in accordance with law. Finding no further indulgence to be made in the matter, the application stands disposed of.
