This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 6.12.2012 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in Complaint Case No. 622(C) of 2006 by which the learned Magistrate has rejected discharge petition of the petitioner filed under Section 245 (1) Cr. P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
