JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-08-2016 Heard Sri Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Damodar Prasad Tiwary, learned A.P.P. The sole petitioner , who is in custody since 24.6.2016 in Bhawanipur (Akbarpur) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code , section 47 (A ) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment)Act 2016 , has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case showing recovery of huge quantity of mahua liquor whereas learned A.P.P opposing the prayer submits that petitioner is involved in selling mahua and he was apprehended.
